Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Warsaw seeks a Treasury Regional Analytics Vice President to lead liquidity monitoring and analytics across EU, UK, and Latin America entities. You will partner with business lines, Corporate Treasury and risk to strengthen reporting, controls, and automation.

You will drive analytic reviews of balance sheet liquidity, support ALCOs, and present senior-level updates, while gaining exposure to a broad suite of products and regional activity.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of capital markets, liquidity risk management and funding concepts.
• Knowledge of ALM, funding and liquidity and regulatory developments in the treasury space (e.g. LCR, NSFR).
• Working knowledge of investment bank products and balance sheet with general accounting principles.
• System fluency in Excel as well as ability to leverage Alteryx and Tableau tools.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills (including PitchPro) and strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Focused work ethic, business sense, initiative and attention to detail; automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive monitoring of liquidity usage as measured by the Firm's internal stress framework as well as according to regulatory measures like LCR and NSFR.
• Conduct analytical reviews of business-level liquidity usage and volatility; collaborate with CIB business lines and stakeholders on balance sheet, funding, and liquidity requirements.
• Monitor daily liquidity surplus and provide analytic support on upstream items impacting liquidity.
• Track balance sheet shifts and link to liquidity, including third-party and affiliate balances and lending/deposit activity.
• Support ongoing analytic reviews of liquidity usage attribution by line of business.
• Produce and present at recurring senior reviews (ALCOs) and sign off monthly liquidity actuals.
• Offer analytic support for ad-hoc regulator and senior management requests.
