Job summary

Aurora Energy Research in Warsaw seeks a Regional Product Manager to drive the Central Europe part of our software platform. You will shape the EMEA product strategy, engage with internal and external customers, and coordinate with technical teams to deliver value across Germany and Poland.

Take ownership of regional roadmaps, backlogs, and UI/modelling requirements, while leading a cross-functional team and building client relationships to inform product decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-6 years of professional experience at a major consultancy, energy company, software company, financial services firm, or knowledge-focused organization.
• Proven track record of managing large complex projects or products requiring cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Good understanding of energy markets.
• Professional proficiency in English, plus proficiency in German or Polish.
• Desirable: knowledge of the Polish language.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for the Central Europe software platform.
• Build and maintain the regional roadmap for Central Europe software products.
• Own and manage a structured backlog of user needs and feature ideas.
• Define requirements for UI and modelling features and work with technical teams to deliver.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, modellers, analysts, and customer-facing staff.
• Develop and manage client relationships and gather user feedback.
• Build and manage the Central Europe software product team and mentor the team.
