What you'll do
  • Lead the deployment and standardization of maintenance management systems across all facilities.
  • Coordinate the integration of multiple systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Track and manage equipment status through maintenance management software, including the identification of new machines.
  • Ensure maintenance records are accurate and up to date.
  • Generate and analyse maintenance reports and KPIs to drive performance improvements.
  • Facilitate the transfer of equipment activities between different locations.
  • Maintain and update all documentation related to maintenance systems, including work instructions and procedures.
  • Train maintenance teams on new releases, modifications, and best practices.
  • Assist in budget planning for new developments and modifications based on operational requirements.
