Michael Page is seeking a Senior Procurement Leader for our client in Wrocław, leading the regional procurement organization within a dynamic Shared Services Centre. You will drive process improvements, coordinate with global process teams, and shape metrics to optimize performance.

The role requires a strong leadership track record in SSC/GBS environments, fluency in English, and hands-on experience in procurement operations and digital transformation, with hybrid work arrangements and growth

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Extensive procurement leadership experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services.
• Proven track record in building and scaling teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong leadership with coaching, mentoring and developing future leaders.
• Solid project management capabilities and ability to manage complex business challenges.
• Deep understanding of procurement operations, sourcing processes, and supply chain principles.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the regional procurement organization.
• Recommending process improvements and coordinating with global process teams.
• Defining, tracking, and communicating process performance metrics.
• Collaborating closely with global and regional process owners.
• Serving as the primary contact for procurement-related audits.
• Supporting digital transformation initiatives, including automation projects within procurement operations.
