SoftwareOne seeks a Regional General Counsel for the CEE region to lead the legal function across multiple jurisdictions. • Oversee litigation, corporate governance, entity management, legal reporting, and external counsel engagement
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including data protection and AI regulations
• Support compliance trainings
• Identify emerging legal risks and translate them into practical business guidance

As our newRegional General Counsel CEE, you will lead the Legal function across the CEE region and serve as the trusted legal adviser to regional leadership. You will help enable sustainable growth through practical, risk-based legal guidance while maintaining high standards of governance, compliance, and ethical business conduct. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will develop and enhance legal operations and support business success across multiple jurisdictions (CEE comprises Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey and Ukraine).
