SoftwareOne seeks a Regional General Counsel for the CEE region to lead the legal function across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner with regional leadership to enable sustainable growth through practical, risk-based legal guidance while upholding governance, compliance, and ethical business conduct.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the CEE Legal function and regional legal team
Advise regional management on strategic initiatives, organizational change, and growth opportunities
Review, negotiate, and structure complex customer, vendor, partner, and technology agreements
Oversee litigation, corporate governance, entity management, legal reporting, and external counsel engagement
Ensure regulatory compliance, including data protection and AI regulations
Support compliance trainings
Identify emerging legal risks and translate them into practical business guidance
