About Our Client

For our client, an international company selling FMCG products in retail and wholesale channels, we are seeking a key person to join our finance department. The individual will be responsible for all financial aspects in the region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial finance and a background in accounting or financial auditing.

Job Description
  • Responsibility for the areas of controlling, commercial finance, accounting and taxes
  • Act as a business partner for the Management Board and the Group
  • Prepare annual budgets and long-term financial plans
  • Lead forecasting and variances analysis processes
  • Assess financial feasibility of strategic projects, including marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving margins and profitability
  • Analyze and manage company\'s cash flow
  • Oversee statutory reporting, taxes and accounting
  • Liase with auditors and other external companies, authorities
The Successful Applicant
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience on a leading finance position in international company
  • ACCA/CPA or equivalent will be an advantage
  • Experience in team management and commercial finance
  • Proven experience in FMCG or retail business
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Very good knowledge of financial and management accounting
  • Strong commercial acumen
