Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland is hiring for a Reference Data Services role within the ASO team. The trainee position focuses on opening and maintaining customer accounts across multiple systems, with emphasis on data remediation and quality in a capital markets environment.

You will work in a hybrid setup (up to 2 days home) and may receive a competitive base salary plus benefits. Strong English, Excel skills, and ownership of tasks are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Very good English knowledge (written & spoken).
• Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheet as an asset.
• Managing various data remediation work streams Projects Knowledge.
• Able to identify, trouble shoot issues and ultimately escape.
• Experience of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment.
• Takes ownership of allocated work and is accountable.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or financial services related qualifications as an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform trend analysis and identifying root causes. Implementing or suggesting solutions based on the root cause analysis.
• Liaise with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated.
• Provide a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders.
• Provide tangible metrics to Management.
• Working shift: Shift based schedule, 8 hour shifts, starts at 10:00-18:00.

This area of the Accounts & SSI Operations (ASO) team is responsible for supporting customer account opening and maintenance for the Prime Services business across a variety of systems. Reference Data Services Analyst is a trainee professional role that requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks, as well as a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. This also requires a good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
