Overview

Entity Data Management Team (EDM) is part of the Infor Data and Regulatory Operations responsible for providing Clients reliable sources of the reference data. Our main role is to search, gather and manage information regarding legal entities in an extended timeline. We review the collected information, search new data, provide updates to reflect ownership changes or basics such as the company’s name or address. We ensure the information we have is valid, up to date, and in line with global legal regulations. We use internal and external sources of information daily, investigating data available on the Internet: official registries, companies’ websites, etc.

Responsibilities

• Search and analysis of legal entities information (such as address, relations between entities, legal structure, etc.) using Google, official companies’ websites, country registries, etc.
• Running projects at the local and global level.
• Cooperation with the global operations and technology teams to solve inconsistencies and implement changes.
• Identification of issues and risk as well as implementation of process changes.
• Preparation of reports and metrics based on the conducted analysis.

Ideal background

• English at a very good level, ability to work with documents and texts and provide conclusions based on the gathered information.
• 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Communicativeness to run teleconferences and email correspondence with the global partners.
• Very good knowledge of Excel spreadsheet.
• Ability to share knowledge.
• Ability to manage time and tasks under time pressure.
• Experience in running projects is an asset.
