Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about both recruitment and supporting others? Our Recruitment team is on the lookout for a new teammate to help us with our daily tasks! If you speak Polish and English fluently, have great organizational skills, enjoy assisting with recruitment, hiring, and relocation processes...then we’d love to meet you!

Daily responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Recruitment team in administrative tasks related to hiring processes.
  • Preparing and publishing job ads.
  • Screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Handling communication with candidates and new hires.
  • Providing support with hiring stage and relocation processes of new hires.
  • Assisting in managing candidate applications in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Qualifications
  • Min. 1 year experience on a similar position.
  • Fluent Polish and English.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and supportive attitude.
  • Excellent time-management skills and strong communication skills will help you thrive in this role.

Nice to have:

  • Interest in video games.
  • Graduate of HR Management/Psychology/Social Science or students in their final years available to work full time.
