If you speak Polish and English fluently, have great organizational skills, enjoy assisting with recruitment, hiring, and relocation processes...then we’d love to meet you!
Daily responsibilities:
- Supporting the Recruitment team in administrative tasks related to hiring processes.
- Preparing and publishing job ads.
- Screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Handling communication with candidates and new hires.
- Providing support with hiring stage and relocation processes of new hires.
- Assisting in managing candidate applications in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Qualifications
- Min. 1 year experience on a similar position.
- Fluent Polish and English.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and supportive attitude.
- Excellent time-management skills and strong communication skills will help you thrive in this role.
Nice to have:
- Interest in video games.
- Graduate of HR Management/Psychology/Social Science or students in their final years available to work full time.
