Overview
As an IT Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in building our technology teams by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top IT professionals. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the best candidate experience, and contributing to the growth of our talent pool. You will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Delivery teams to align recruitment initiatives with business needs.
Your Tasks
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, assessing soft skills, coordinating technical interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting smooth onboarding.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, build accurate candidate profiles, and match recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Proactively source IT talent using advanced tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), networking, and creative sourcing methods.
- Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor, providing guidance on recruitment processes, market conditions, and talent trends.
- Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in internal systems.
- Oversee candidate pipelines and ensure a positive, professional experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, offering insights into sourcing effectiveness, market dynamics, and talent availability.
- Support employer branding by representing the company at industry events, conferences, job fairs, and other networking opportunities.
Your Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment within staff augmentation or IT consulting.
- Proven experience in hiring IT specialists and good knowledge of the talent market.
- Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently, showing persistence, initiative, and a results-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, comfortable managing several priorities at once.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals.
- Very good command of Polish and English, both spoken and written.
