Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and support one of our key clients - a global organization establishing its Shared Service Center (SSC) in Gdańsk.

This is a great opportunity for a recruiter with 2-3 years of experience who enjoys working in a dynamic, project-based environment and wants to play a key role in building new teams from scratch.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple SSC functions (Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, etc.)
  • Partner closely with the client and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing in English
  • Maintain consistent communication and provide recruitment updates to both the Project Manager and the client
  • Support employer branding and process improvement initiatives within the project
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in SSC/BPO or corporate functions)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent English (C1 level or higher) - daily communication with international stakeholders
  • Proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
