Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking experienced process engineers to support a four-month project in the railway sector, focusing on organizing process documentation and aiding production teams to ensure smooth knowledge transfer between engineering and production.

The role requires independent specialists who can adapt to the production environment, work closely with operators, and actively support ongoing assembly processes. The project is short-term with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a production environment.
• Practical experience in assembly processes.
• Ability to read, analyze, and verify technical documentation.
• Knowledge of processes related to the assembly of electrical harnesses and/or hydraulic systems.
• Experience collaborating with production and operators.
• Independence and the ability to solve problems quickly.
• Good command of English enabling collaboration in a project environment.

Responsibilities

• Verification, updating, and completion of production documentation.
• Clarifying documentation discrepancies in collaboration with designers.
• Supporting operators during the assembly process and transferring knowledge to production.
• Developing instructions and work standards for production positions.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Resolving current technical issues arising in production.
• Collaborating with quality, production, and design teams.
