SQUAD is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to join our team in Wrocław. You will evaluate and optimize RF front-end solutions for wireless devices, from simulation to validation, ensuring high performance and compliance.

The role involves hands-on RF measurements, antenna/prototyping work, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust wireless subsystems. Strong English skills and Linux/RTOS familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of RF, Microwave, and Antenna principles.
• Proficient in electromagnetic simulation software (CST, HFSS).
• Experienced with RF measurement equipment and tools (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meters, etc.).
• Skilled in board bring-up.
• Understanding of PHY/MAC wireless systems (WiFi/BT/BLE/Sub-1GHz).
• Hands-on antennas and PCB prototyping experience.
• EMI/EMC certification/analysis for global regulations.
• Embedded RTOS configuration and Linux-based systems knowledge.
• Radar basics and data processing knowledge.
• Strong written and spoken English.

• Maintain measurement equipment and RF chambers.
• Document test processes and align workflows.
• Review and analyze certification data.
• Communicate with counterparts.

Qualifications And Skills

• In-depth knowledge of RF, Microwave, and Antenna principles.
• Proficient in electromagnetic simulation software (CST, HFSS).

• Understanding of conventional wireless systems for consumer electronics at the PHY/MAC level (WiFi/BT/BLE/Sub-1GHz).
• Hands-on experience in antennas and PCBs prototyping.
• Hands-on experience in Electromagnetic simulation software and task optimisation
• Hands-on experience in Signal Integrity approaches
• EMI/EMC certification/analysis on World Wide regulatory domain
• Experience in Embedded RTOS configuration and flashing, linux based systems philosophy
• Radar basics knowledge (architecture and data processing)
• Good written and spoken English
