Brenntag in Łódź, Poland is seeking a Junior R2R Analyst to support end-to-end Record to Report activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and monthly closings in a dynamic, transition environment.

You will collaborate with local and SSC teams, maintain master data and fixed asset records in SAP, and contribute to process improvements while communicating effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Education in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Experience in Record to Report / General Ledger accounting is expected.
• Familiarity with IFRS is preferred.

In this role, you will perform end‐to‐end Record to Report activities for less complex entities, ensuring accurate accounting, timely closing, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role offers hands‐on responsibilities with opportunities to grow into more complex scopes over time.
