YOUR ROLE

As a R2R Junior Manager you will be expected to operate at the level of Subject Matter Expert for the client specific application of the client processes. You will be part of the processes, with the main focus on very complex transactions and resolving complex issues, as well as ensuring that the processes and controls are executed as agreed. You will be expected to be aware of the business context for the analyzed data, draw insights and make relevant recommendations to deliver valuable outcomes to the client. In addition, you will be expected to drive process improvement through technology related tools within the given area of expertise.

YOUR TASKS
  • Reviewing and approving of complex General Ledger Journals, Accruals, Provisions, allocations and other entries according to the schedule.
  • Initiation of complex accounting entries based on the non standard events and accounting rule.
  • Reconciliation of high risk balance sheet accounts and review of medium/high risk reconciliations.
  • Monitoring of fixed assets related transactions and budgets and contacting the fixed asset owners.
  • Reviewing of bank statements reconciliations.
  • Monitoring the status of Intercompany reconciliation.
  • Monitoring of Period End Close progress, interacting (and escalating if required) with Client\'s Finance Controllers or Process Owners.
  • Handling of queries and escalations from Client stakeholders and interacting with auditors if required.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Over 6 years of experience in Finance R2R area.
  • Fluent level of English and French.
  • Accounting process knowledge.
  • Experience in Team Management.
  • At least a Bachelor\'s degree.
  • Multitasking, attention to details and ability to organize your own work according to procedures.
