R&D Packaging Senior Specialist

From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team.

Your Responsibilities

• Participation in the design, development, and implementation of plastic, paper, and foil packaging
• Collaboration with suppliers in the selection of materials and the packaging production process
• Management of technical documentation
• Optimization, standardization, and coordination of the packaging creation process
• Testing and validating packaging in accordance with quality standards, transport conditions, and customer requirements
• Searching for unconventional ways of packaging products

Our Requirements

• Higher education – technical
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry in packaging development
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
• Creativity and analytical thinking
• Self-organization and work coordination
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness to learn new things and new topics
