We are seeking an experienced and innovative R&D Manager for our office in Wroclaw

This is a full-time, office-based position with the possibility of one day of remote work. The role involves managing a team of 4 developers and 4 QA engineers across our products. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple products, propose development strategies, stay updated on technological advancements, and oversee delivery, quality, cost, and recruitment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge to practical issues often related to multiple functional areas.
• Provide overall direction for complex activities, offering guidance and input for projects.
• Resolve problems through analysis of facts and general principles.
• Manage work activities of the team through lower-level supervisors and individual contributors.
• Conduct appraisals, provide feedback, and handle team allocations.
• Adapt to various communication styles and interpret non-routine and conflicting information.
• Apply relevant policies and procedures to determine courses of action.
• Exhibit strong project and people management skills.
• Interact with internal and external clients and customers to negotiate and interpret project and operational information. May involve consulting with senior management.
• Conduct project management, resource management, customer management, estimation, and release planning for multiple products.
• Create a motivational and positive team culture.
