We’re looking for a sharp, experimental-minded R&D (Research & Development) Creative Producer to join our inhouse Creative Production. In this role, you’ll explore fresh creative angles, concepts, and user journeys across Meta, Google, and other key platforms—with a specific focus on testing and validating new web funnel directions. You’ll sit within the Marketing team and collaborate closely with Creative Strategist, as well as Growth and UA leads to develop, implement, and iterate on new acquisition paths.

Your mission: to help us unlock and scale high-performing, insight-driven funnel concepts that can be tested across paid social and search—and ultimately deliver significant revenue outcomes.

This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, combining creative vision with operational rigor—and who understands what makes performance marketing tick, especially in the Wellness space.

What You’ll Do
  • Shape and execute the creative direction across Meta and Google placements—both static and video.
  • Partner with UA and Growth managers, as well as the internal design team, to spark strategy discovery, ensure alignment, and drive execution excellence.
  • Guide and empower a team of motion and graphic designers to produce a high volume of creative assets.
  • Lead the production pipeline from marketing research and brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, feedback loops, and quality standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate closely with the UA team to implement testing strategies, interpret results, and iterate based on performance insights.
  • Work toward shared KPIs with the R&D squad and Creative Production.
  • Improve operational efficiency to scale funnel exploration and multi-funnel asset production, while maintaining creative quality and strategic alignment.

  • Evolving processes to support rapid iteration and testing loops.
  • Navigating rising competition and customer acquisition costs in the age of surging GLP-1 advertising.
What We Look For
  • 5+ years in creative production, with strong experience in performance marketing or UA for mobile products.
  • 2+ years leading creative teams, with a track record of scaling output and improving creative performance.
  • Solid knowledge of Meta and Google ad platforms and formats.
  • Experience leading both video and static asset production for user acquisition (cyclic production with regular sprints).
  • Preferably, a background in motion design and the ability to work hands-on to develop and refine design concepts.
  • Ability to spot emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals before they peak.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows and production cycles. Understanding of creative performance metrics and a data-informed approach to iteration.
  • Strong organizational skills and cross-functional communication abilities.
  • Bonus: Experience executing creative strategy for fitness and wellness products.
