Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking an experienced R&D Architecture Team Leader to drive cross-functional technical projects and lead a team of development engineers across regions and platforms. You will ensure strong technical execution, resource planning, and ongoing team development.

You will oversee budgeting, training needs, and maintenance of common tools and digital solutions, while acting as a technical reference across categories.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional technical projects.
  • Experience managing R&D or development engineering teams.
  • MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
  • Knowledge of gated project/program management processes.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations.
  • Proven mentoring, coaching, and performance management skills.
  • Strong consumer and innovation mindset (simulation, automation, digitalization, AI awareness).
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Consolidate project budgets and ensure consistency across the portfolio.
  • Use and promote common tools, methods, and digital solutions (FCx, etc.).
  • Prepare quarterly BU/FCx reports and present key deviations.
  • Act as technical reference across categories and regions.
  • Support advanced development up to ACP1.
