Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment seeks an Export Cables Load-out Client Representative to oversee the Szczecin quayside operations, ensuring safe execution of export-cable load-out activities in line with RAMS and approved procedures. You will maintain accurate records for stakeholders and support proactive safety and quality management.

You will review RAMS and QHSE docs, attend daily meetings, witness key activities, and produce daily progress reports, escalating concerns as required.

Qualifications

• Polish or EU nationality with the legal right to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily records of load-out, transit, positioning, and installation-related activities.
• Monitor contractor compliance with RAMS, risk assessments, method statements and QHSE documentation.
• Ensure proactive management of safety and quality by the contractor, escalating concerns as needed.
• Conduct visual inspections of work in progress and witness key activities where safe and practicable.
• Maintain professional communication with contractor teams, project representatives, and HSE functions.
