Job summary

GOLDBECK SOLAR is seeking a Quality, Process & Systems Manager to strengthen quality management, governance and standardisation across our project execution organisation. You will drive scalable standards for engineering, construction and operations while ensuring compliance with quality, technical and regulatory requirements.

In this role you will own QA/QC procedures, establish workflows, and lead digital tool adoption to improve performance across international projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration or comparable field.
• Experience in quality management, process management or operational excellence.
• Background in EPC, construction or project-driven environments.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes.
• Experience with process optimisation, governance and documentation systems.
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the company's quality, process and management systems.
• Lead ISO certification, audits and compliance activities.
• Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement across international projects.
• Establish and maintain quality standards, QA/QC procedures and governance frameworks.
• Manage document control, templates and quality documentation.
• Develop and optimise digital tools and system workflows.
• Define KPIs and reporting structures to improve operations.
• Train and support teams in applying processes, tools and quality standards.
