Grid Dynamics seeks a Quality Engineering Lead (National Scale & Data Integrity) to drive end-to-end quality strategy for a greenfield, national-scale recycling platform integrating tens of thousands of IoT return machines, core systems, financial networks, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total experience in Quality Engineering, including leadership of QE teams on multi-vendor or complex platform programs.
• Hands-on experience with REST API testing, event-driven pipelines, and consumer-driven contract testing (Pact).
• Strong background in data platform validation using Python/Java frameworks and source-to-target reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Java and SQL; Python is a plus; good knowledge of Azure cloud services.
• Experience configuring quality gates in CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with AI-assisted tooling.
• Fluent English (C1+) with ability to present complex strategies to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and defend verification approach for integration and data platforms with automated quality gates in Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.
• Lead E2E data-flow validation across multiple partner vendors and automate data integrity checks.
• Serve as primary technical contact to client QE Lead, negotiating test strategies and SIT/UAT criteria.
• Implement contract testing (Pact) and schema checks for REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Build data quality checks at ingestion and transformation stages using DataFrame validations to reconcile data.
• Design resilience, idempotency, fault-injection and load tests for high availability.
• Establish AI-assisted engineering standards and governance for QE practices.
• Hire, mentor, and manage quality engineers; drive test code reviews and quality metrics.
