Grid Dynamics seeks a Data Tech Lead to drive a greenfield Azure Data Platform build for a UK-based sustainability organization. You will be the primary technical authority, shaping the build, modernizing DataOps, and designing CI/CD pipelines from scratch.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience designing and delivering large-scale data platforms.
- Deep Azure data platform expertise including Fabric, Databricks, or Data Factory.
- Strong data modeling, enterprise data integration, and DataOps practices.
- Proven Agile/Scrum experience with Jira and Confluence, high autonomy.
- Excellent written and spoken English for stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy and establish DataOps best practices.
- Design, build, and scale an Azure-native data platform.
- Review user stories for clarity and ensure architectural alignment.
- Establish robust CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Mentor senior engineers and unblock complex challenges.
- Collaborate with architects, PO and stakeholders to translate requirements.
