Qualifications

• Education: Quality assurance or mechanical related bachelor degree and above
• Work experience: experience in quality management. Experience in the automotive sector and knowledge in safety parts are advantages (not a must have, you are welcome as a fresh graduate without experience)
• Additional knowledge/ training

Work description

• Advanced quality management: Support for RFQ of new project and audit the quality assurance plan before launching in plant Quality APQP documents compilation and release; Monitor, adjust and update test plans, FMEA, control plan, inspection checklist etc;
• Customer management: Handling customer complaints (8D reports, CL1&CL2, NON-CONFIRMITY report, PRR, QN etc.) on e‑system; Quick response for customer complain. Analyze on customer site. Tracing the result for any improvement and action plan; Manage the open issue list for customer complaint;
• Internal quality indicator management: Utilize basic quality tools to continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Scrap and rework management, breakpoint management, third‑party service provider management, quality cost management.
• Audit: Support and conduct audits at suppliers, internal and third party audits according to IATF and VDA; Product audit for samples and serial production parts;
• Supplier Management: Support SQE with basic supplier quality management and production quality management
• Be willing for further training, e.g. first aider, fire protection helper and safety officer or machine‑dependent further training;
