Woodward Poland Sp.zo.o is seeking a Quality Engineer – Airworthiness, Certification & MRO Operations to support aviation quality, compliance and certification activities within a Part 145 environment.
You will collaborate with engineering, maintenance and regulatory authorities to ensure audits, corrective actions and successful transition projects are executed to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
We are seeking a Quality Engineer – Airworthiness, Certification & MRO Operations to support aviation quality, compliance, and certification activities within a Part 145 environment. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, supporting airworthiness and certification programs, and maintaining quality systems that support maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, maintenance, operations, regulatory authorities, customers, and other stakeholders to support audits, certification activities, process improvements, corrective actions, and the successful execution of MRO and transition projects.
Lead and support compliance with Part145 requirements, including certification, documentation, and regulatory interactions. Support quality activities within MRO operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements. Prepare for and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits, including follow‑up of corrective actions to closure. Investigate nonconformances, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions. Review maintenance records, inspection documentation, procedures, and quality system documentation to ensure compliance and operational readiness. Partnerwith engineering, maintenance, operations, and quality teams to support process improvements and successful transition projects.
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Experience in aerospace, MRO, or another regulated aviation environment Workingknowledge of Part145 requirements; exposure to Part21 or certification activities is desirable.Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, and quality system processes.Strong problem‑solving, documentation, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.Proficiency in Englishand Polish.
