We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Regulatory Compliance Engineer (Electrical Product Safety) to support regulatory compliance activities across engineering and business operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring products, processes, and documentation comply with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify compliance risks, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory excellence.
Continuously review and assess engineering procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards. Evaluate technical data and systems to identify compliance issues and develop effective solutions. Assist in preparing for and conducting internal and external compliance audits, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to protocols. Offer informal guidance and support to team members on compliance-related technical issues, enhancing team performance. Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate compliance initiatives.
Proficient advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with compliance engineering technologies. Background in Electrical Engineering field will be an asset. Ability to address and resolve moderately complex compliance issues using technical analysis. Understanding of key business drivers and their influence on compliance strategies. Skill in explaining intricate compliance information to various audiences effectively. Building and maintaining productive relationships within internal and external teams. Expertise in evaluating diverse factors and data to inform compliance decisions. Providing guidance and support to new team members on compliance practices. Ensuring the accuracy and quality of personal and team compliance work. Efficiently handling a variety of technical compliance tasks within established guidelines. Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the organization. Basic knowledge of relevant European directives (ATEX, LVD, MD) and industry standrads. Knowledge of North American regulation (NFPA, UL, CSA) would be an ad Proficiency in both Polish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational environment.
Salary range from 9,500 to 15,000 PLN gross – depending on experience.
