The Impact You'll Make

As our Quality Engineer at Danfoss Saginomiya – Natolin, you will play a key role in strengthening quality mindset across our manufacturing environment.
Your work will directly contribute to stable, efficient production processes and high‑quality products that meet both customer and regulatory expectations.
By proactively identifying risks, improving processes, and collaborating across teams, you’ll help ensure excellence throughout the production lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage and continuously improve production process documentation.
  • Cooperate with suppliers on quality complaints, including monitoring and follow‑up.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Analyze and resolve quality issues within the production process.
  • Participate in PFMEA and Control Plan meetings.
  • Conduct internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee and support the Quality Management System (QMS).
What We're Looking For
  • A university degree, preferably in Quality Management or a technical field.
  • Experience or internship in a similar quality‑related role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a goal‑oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of quality management tools and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Hands‑on experience with FMEA and 8D reporting.
  • Communicative level of English.
  • Ability to work independently and perform well under time pressure.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
  • Experience with SAP (MM module).
  • Familiarity with ISO quality standards and their practical application.
