Quality Engineer

Purpose of Role:

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards, managing supplier quality, and supporting project quality activities. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and suppliers to maintain high-quality standards across manufacturing and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System and lead internal audits.
  • Drive supplier quality performance through inspections, audits, and approval of quality documentation.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on quality requirements and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and fluency in English is a must have.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality processes such as QMS implementation, supplier audits, and project quality support.
  • Proven experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management System and internal auditing.
  • Strong background in Supplier Quality Management, manufacturing processes, and proficiency in SAP QM and quality tools (FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
