Vestas in Poland is hiring a Skilled Worker interested in quality with strong attention to detail. You will inspect blade components, plan inspections, and approve or reject items following Vestas procedures.

The role emphasizes analytical skills, teamwork, and effective communication, with opportunities for professional development and a structured training program. Primary work location: Goleniow, Poland.

Qualifications

• Secondary or higher education (preferably with a technical background).
• Experience as Quality Inspector is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and utilize technical documentation and understand requirements, procedures, and technical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and performing inspections of all blade components in the production process.
• Planning and carrying out full inspections of components and products in line with Vestas procedures.
• Approving and rejecting products, components, processes, subassemblies, and final items per requirements.
• Defining the scope of repairs per instructions and acceptance criteria.
• Creating and verifying Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Overseeing and ensuring entries in inspection sheets and checklists are accurate and timely.
• Maintaining cooperation with production and supporting departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and performing inspections of all blade’s components in the production process
• Planning and efficiently carrying out full inspections of components and products in accordance with the Vestas procedures
• Approving and rejecting products, components, processes, subassemblies, and final items in line with requirements
• Defining the scope of repairs in accordance with instructions and acceptance criteria
• Creating and verifying Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Overseeing and ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant completion of all entries within inspection sheets and operational checklists
• Maintaining a high level of cooperation with production and supporting departments

Qualifications

• Secondary or higher education (preferably with a technical background)
• Previous experience as Quality Inspector will be advantageous
• Ability to effectively analyze, interpret, and utilize technical documentation, ensuring accurate understanding of requirements, procedures, and technical guidelines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Communicative level of English (spoken and written)
