Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wartung aller Modelle spezifisch für eine Modalität Imaging im zugewiesenen Gebiet.
• Täglicher Kontakt mit Ärzten und Technikern zu Gerätestatusproblemen.
• Durchführung von Sicherheitsdokumentationen für die zugewiesenen Konten.

As a Qualified Field Service Engineer, you will be performing services and maintenance activities on our customers' site/property includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), managing maintenance facilities, repairing and refurbishing sold or existing products from Imaging segment.

In this role you will be also developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives, ensuring Customer Satisfaction in the assigned areas.

Job location: Podlaskie or Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship (field work).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining all models specific to a modality Imaging in the assigned area.

• Total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.

• Resolving issues using established procedures and consulting supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.

• Daily interfacing with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues.

• Acting to ensure satisfaction to primary customers.

• Assisting in the growth and direction of business in geographic area.

• Responsibly completing all administration tasks on time and ensuring timely completion of inspections documentation for assigned accounts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in technical field.

• Technical analytical skills.

• Field Services experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging modalities.

• Fluency in Polish and English.

• Valid driving license cat. B
