Accenture Poland ищет специалиста по тестированию в рамках крупных проектов Avaloq в банковском секторах Private Banking и Wealth Management. Ваша роль будет фокусироваться на QA, тестировании, валидации и поддержке решений, взаимодействии с глобальными клиентами и локальными командами.

Требуется высшее образование в области ИТ, знание SQL, английский язык на высоком уровне, а плюсами станут немецкий/французский языки и опыт автоматизированного тестирования, Selenium, JIRA и CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Участвовать в крупных проектах по трансформации Avaloq в частном банкинге и управлении состоянием
• Обеспечивать качество тестирования, проводить тестирование, валидацию и обслуживание
• Сотрудничать с глобальными клиентами и коллегами локально и за рубежом
• Участвовать в международных проектах трансформации Avaloq на уровне бизнеса (финансы, платежи, CRM, KYC, миграция данных)
• Поддерживать команды проекта в обеспечении надёжных решений через тестирование и управление дефектами
• Получать практический опыт бизнес-процессов ведущих частных банков и WM
• Разрабатывать, выполнять и поддерживать тестовые сценарии, тест-кейсы и тест-данные
• Поддерживать валидацию бизнес- и функциональных требований
• Участвовать в функциональном, интеграционном, регрессионном и UAT тестировании
• Анализировать результаты тестирования, идентифицировать дефекты и сотрудничать с командами разработки для эффективного устранения
• Вносить вклад в QA, отчетность и документацию проекта
• Работать с инструментами: JIRA и Confluence
• Позволять себе exposure к Java, VBA, JavaScript и фреймворкам тестирования

• Be part of large Avaloq transformation projects in Private Banking and Wealth Management or large-scale Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank services
• Participate in banking software implementation phases, with a strong focus on quality assurance, testing, validation, and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with global clients and your colleagues, locally and abroad in implementation and support of solutions
• Be involved in international Avaloq banking system transformation projects, delivering solutions at business level in a variety of areas (i.e., Stock Exchange, Payments, CRM and KYC, Interfacing or Data Migration)
• Support project teams in delivering reliable and business-ready solutions through effective testing and defect management
• Gain hands‑on exposure to business processes used by leading private banks and wealth management organizations
• Assist in preparing, executing, and maintaining test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Support validation of business and functional requirements to ensure accurate solution delivery
• Participate in functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to drive efficient issue resolution
• Contribute to quality assurance, reporting, and project documentation
• Facilitate your work with use of market collaboration tools including JIRA and Confluence
• Have exposition to other programming languages like Java, VBA,, JavaScript, and test automation frameworks like Selenium
• Gain exposure to test automation frameworks, CI/CD practices, and modern quality engineering approaches

• Experience in software testing, quality assurance, banking technology, or financial services
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Very good command of written and spoken English
