Job summary

Magma Math is seeking a QA/Test Engineer to join our Warsaw-area team. You’ll design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for APIs, external integrations, and internal modules, ensuring data consistency across systems.

You’ll perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory and localization testing for our web application, contributing to automated test development and working closely with developers, product, and QA teammates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial testing experience.
• Experience testing APIs with Postman/Swagger.
• Experience in mobile testing.
• SQL basics and database knowledge.
• Strong SDLC and QA methodology understanding.
• Experience with test case management tools.
• Proactive, fast-paced startup mindset.
• Fluent English communication.
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for APIs and modules.
• Validate data across APIs, databases, and user management workflows.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory and localization testing.
• Develop, document, and execute test cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with QA, developers and product teams for coverage and quality.
• Validate fixes and re-test of defects.
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide testability feedback.
• Contribute to automated test development.
