Job summary

Esprow is seeking a motivated QA Automation Analyst to join a global team. You will design, develop, and maintain automated UI and API tests with Playwright and TypeScript, while contributing to manual testing where needed.

The role emphasizes onboarding and production support for clients, collaboration with Product Managers and Developers, and leveraging AI tools to improve QA productivity and testing efficiency. A strong growth path in automation and related roles is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in QA automation and software testing of web applications and APIs.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites.
• Experience with API testing (REST APIs, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI or similar tools) and Git.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (written and verbal)
• Practical experience using AI tools and AI coding assistants to improve QA productivity
• Strong communication skills for working with technical teams and client stakeholders
• Understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
• Familiarity with QA processes and test design/execution

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated UI and API tests using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test automation and QA processes, including CI/CD integration.
• QA activities for Esprow products, including testing of new features and collaboration with PMs and Dev teams.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases; communicate requirements to internal teams or clients.
• Analyze test results and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
• Stay up to date with testing tools and QA best practices for process improvement.
• Handle client support requests via email and occasional web meetings to resolve issues.
• Investigate technical support requests related to messaging APIs, TCP, Java VM, Windows configurations, and XML dictionaries.
• Manage onboarding of new clients by setting up product distribution areas and supporting deployment phases.
• Support customer adoption by assisting migrations and client-specific test scenarios in the software.
• Provide customer feedback to internal departments and management.
• Issue and manage product licenses for users.
