Job summary

Your Jared in Poznań, Poland is seeking a Python Technical Lead to design, develop, and deploy a distributed backend platform. You will build REST APIs for model queries and host deployments on Azure Databricks in a restricted greenfield environment.

You will define deployment processes, apply MLflow wrappers, and drive CI/CD automation with GitLab. The role requires leadership of 5+ engineers and strong communication in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data engineering experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Python and core data engineering libraries (multithreading, async, REST API, exceptions, Pydantic).
• Strong Azure experience (Azure Databricks, Azure App Service, IAM/RBAC).
• Proficiency with CI/CD workflows and version control using GitLab, plus DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
