Job summary

Gcore is looking for a Software Python Engineer (GPU Cloud) to design and maintain RESTful APIs for GPU clusters, virtual machines, and dedicated servers. You will use a modern stack including FastAPI, Python, OpenStack, Asyncio, PostgreSQL, Docker, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kubernetes.

The role bridges development and operations, enhances CI/CD, and aims for high availability and disaster recovery. Collaboration across teams in a global infrastructure company is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong Python web development skills with asynchronous programming.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or similar).
• Strong problem solving and creative thinking.
• Experience with logging/monitoring tools (ELK, Loki, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for GPU clusters, VMs, and servers.
• Use FastAPI, Python, OpenStack, Asyncio, PostgreSQL, Docker, RabbitMQ, Redis, Kubernetes.
• Improve CI/CD processes and infrastructure reliability through monitoring.
• Contribute to lifecycle management of compute products from design to deployment.
• Design system architectures for high availability and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate across teams to align DevOps objectives.
