BlueSoft is an innovative Software House belonging to the Orange Group. We have an internal philosophy: creating simple and effective solutions to complex problems. Founded in 2002, we now work with more than 1,000 engineers who know over 200 technologies! Join the team delivering a strategic project for the banking sector. We are looking for an experienced person to develop modern backend services, co-create architectural decisions, and have a real impact on the project's technical standards.

Задачи:

Design and develop APIs for frontend teams. Create and develop domain services. Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of solutions-from the design stage through to production deployment. Co-create architectural decisions and the team's technical standards. Design API contracts in accordance with the contract-first approach. Participate in migrating existing solutions to new technologies. Diagnose application and environment issues. Write code in accordance with Clean Code principles. Analyze solutions and ensure code quality through code reviews. Support less experienced team members. Collaborate with frontend teams, DevOps, architects, and other stakeholders. Participate in delivering services in accordance with the Scrum or Kanban methodology.

Требования:

Very good knowledge of Python and its current ecosystem. Very good knowledge of FastAPI or another asynchronous web framework. Very good knowledge of Git. Experience designing and developing REST APIs, including in accordance with the contract-first approach. Knowledge of distributed architecture patterns. Experience working with Docker or another containerization environment. Practical knowledge of OpenShift or an alternative container platform, including deploying and diagnosing applications. Knowledge of integration standards, including XML, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect. Experience working with CI/CD systems and the GitOps approach. Practical knowledge of tools such as GitLab, Gerrit, and Jenkins. Experience working with observability systems, particularly Elastic Stack. Knowledge of Clean Code principles. Experience in teams delivering projects using Scrum or Kanban. Ability to make technical decisions independently and assess the quality of solutions. Confident communication skills and willingness to support less experienced team members.
