Overview

We are transforming how SMBs and enterprises engage with public procurement. By leveraging AI and NLP, we automate the analysis, matching, and interpretation of tenders, enabling companies to win more contracts with less effort.

Role

We’re looking for a Python Developer with strong AI/NLP experience to join us as the core backend engineer and AI architect for our company. You’ll help transition the product from proof of concept to production and play a key role in building intelligent agents that analyze, match, and extract insights from public tender data.

What You\u2019ll Do

• Design and implement agent flows for SmartMatching and legal analysis using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Build NLP features: document parsing, key information extraction, tender classification, offer comparison.
• Work with vector databases, document chunking, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Own backend code and integrate AI solutions into the frontend (React).
• Collaborate with the product manager, designer, and stakeholders to ship the MVP and beyond.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and platform security (critical in B2B SaaS).
• Iterate quickly based on customer feedback and insights.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of programming experience, working on projects deployed to production.
• 3+ years of experience with Python, including 2+ years in AI/NLP-focused projects.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (e.g. Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) and vector databases (e.g. FAISS, Weaviate, Qdrant), LangChain, LangGraph.
• Solid understanding of document chunking, prompt engineering, and RAG-based systems.
• Proficient in backend architecture, API integrations, PostgreSQL, Supabase, n8n or similar.
• Self-driven, communicative, and adaptable — you4ll help shape the product and process as we go.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with public procurement, B2B SaaS products, or leading small tech teams.
