Job summary

Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Python-focused software professional to join its Warsaw team for a fast-growing financial services client.

You will develop Front Arena functionalities, build Python tools, and support trading, risk, compliance and operations, while contributing to code reviews and deployment, in a collaborative international environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial technology.
• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Front Arena experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Front Arena functionalities supporting order and portfolio management across the business.
• Build, maintain and integrate Python-based tools and applications within the company's internal technology ecosystem.
• Support workflows across trading, risk management, compliance and operations by delivering solutions that improve existing processes.
• Contribute to code reviews, software testing and deployment activities.
