Job summary

Luxoft in Poland is seeking a seasoned Python Engineer to analyze, design, and implement databases, data pipelines, and analytics solutions. You will build code for ETL from diverse sources using SQL and programming languages, and improve system quality through standard procedures.

The role requires strong OOP, system design, mentoring skills, and experience with Linux, Timeseries DB, and AWS services. An Agile environment and manufacturing domain experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Python Engineer.
• Strong software engineering skills, including object-oriented design and an understanding of system design patterns
• Experience of presenting and implementing development team processes / best practices for environments, security, coding standards, QA processes etc
• Experience of mentoring and building the skills of team members
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with Timeseries DB and real-time data
• Experience with AWS Services (Lambda, EC2, Cognito, Greengrass);
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience in Industry/Manufacturing is highly desired !

Monitoring and diagnostics system which fulfills both local and remote data access and analytics requirement, as well as local and remote troubleshooting purpose.

Responsibilities:
