Job summary

Intetics Inc. seeks a Python/AI Agent Engineer to design and deliver AI-driven automation for client business processes. You will build Python-based agents, work with stakeholders, and translate requirements into robust AI workflows.

Responsibilities include data extraction from Excel, normalization, and integration with enterprise systems. Occasional on-site meetings may be required, and English collaboration with international teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial Python development experience.
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered applications or AI agents.
• Experience with prompt engineering and structured LLM outputs.
• Experience integrating LLMs via APIs or enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong experience processing data from Excel files using Python.
• Ability to analyze and normalize data from files with inconsistent schemas and layouts.
• Experience designing data extraction, transformation, mapping, and validation pipelines.
• Ability to communicate with business users and convert processes into technical solutions.
• Willingness for occasional on-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Python-based AI agents for business-process automation.
• Work with stakeholders to understand processes, data sources, and rules.
• Translate business needs into AI-assisted workflows.
• Build agent logic, prompts, validation steps, and Python services.
• Process and normalize structured and semi-structured data.
• Extract information from Excel files with varying structures.
• Map heterogeneous Excel data into a common model.
• Combine deterministic processing with LLM interpretation where appropriate.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise apps, data sources, and APIs.
• Implement validation, logging, and error handling; enable human review.
• Test agents and improve reliability; align with AI framework and security rules.
• Support deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
