Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Senior Manager for Third Party Strategy and Oversight (TPSO) to lead PV oversight across PS third-party engagements. This role partners with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a global pharmacovigilance environment.

Responsibilities include governance, KPI tracking, issue resolution, CAPA reviews, and cross‑functional collaboration to maintain inspection readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, Safety Operations, or regulated pharma functions.
• Experience supporting third-party oversight and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support third-party governance framework and oversight standards.
• Execute oversight activities across portfolios, including compliance monitoring and issue management.
• Track KPIs, submission metrics and identify trends and risks.
• Investigate and document compliance issues with CAPAs and deviation assessments.
• Support SOPs, training, and cross-functional collaboration within SQM.
