Job summary

Aptiv in Kraków is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to serve as the first point of contact for external suppliers, addressing inquiries about invoice status and payments. You will analyze data across systems, identify root causes, and drive Kaizen-driven process improvements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global environment, handle escalations, and support end-to-end PTP activities, including remittance delivery and adherence to SLAs/KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or accounting-related role is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Good English communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in an international environment and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Handle supplier inquiries about invoice status and payments.
• Escalate issues promptly and support issue resolution.
• Provide remittance details and document status to suppliers.
• Analyze data across accounting systems to identify root causes.
• Drive process improvements and Kaizen initiatives.
• Support Procure-to-Pay activities and ServiceNow processes.
• Maintain Know Your Supplier controls and handle debit balances.
