What you will do

• Processing of incoming PTP documents in accordance with ISS policy
• Process and execute vendor payments accurately and on time, adhering to company policies
• Respond to supplier and business PTP queries daily
• Maintain good relations with suppliers
• Create new accounts for vendors and update master data
• Manage Basware system, including user registers, invoice matrix, and queue management
• Oversee reminder processes and maintain communication with suppliers to resolve invoice or payment-related issues
• Account for supplier invoices in Basware for ISS Direct business operations
• Process purchase invoice payments and reimbursements, including advances
• Support Coupa procurement process and assist users with procurement-related queries
• Perform month-end close activities and provide operational support

• Suppliers, business stakeholders, PTP Managers, Leaders, Project Managers, and Associates

Qualifications

• A university degree, preferably in finance and accounting, or the last year of studies
• The first experience in a similar position (including internships)
• General knowledge of PTP processes
• Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing, allowing for easy communication with external and internal English-speaking clients
• Proficient in Excel, including lookup formulas and pivot tables

• Be a team player, with a problem-solving attitude, and high interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic international work environment
• Desire to improve and learn new things
• Additional foreign language
