Job summary

Lyten is seeking an Assembly Technician to join the production line launch, ramp-up, and stabilization phases. This hands-on role focuses on mechanical and electrical assembly, equipment adjustments, and real-time process support on the shop floor.

In parallel, you will help build new prototypes using manual and semi-automatic equipment, support process development and early-stage validation, and, after ramp-up, transition into maintenance-related responsibilities while training other

Qualifications

• Technical education in mechanics, electrics or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in assembly, maintenance or production environment.
• English skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble production equipment and stations (mechanical and electrical).
• Read technical drawings and follow assembly instructions.
• Support line installation, commissioning, and startup.
• Assist in process validation and capability testing.
• Contribute to Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
