Job summary

Lyten, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Technician to support line installation, ramp-up, and stabilization on the production floor. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical assembly, equipment adjustments, and real-time process support for prototype builds.

You will read technical drawings, use hand tools, and work with engineers and maintenance to improve yield and reduce downtime. The position offers growth into maintenance responsibilities after ramp-up and requires hands-on experience and

Qualifications

Technical education in mechanics, electrics or similar.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (assembly, maintenance or production).
English communication is a plus.
Ability to read technical documentation, mechanical drawings & electrical diagrams.
Hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical assembly (wiring, cabinet wiring, connections).
Experience with prototype builds or manual assembly processes.

Responsibilities

Act as a core hands-on team member during line installation, commissioning and start up.
Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of production equipment and stations.
Support equipment setup, adjustments and fine-tuning to reach target performance.
Execute trial runs and assist in process validation and capability testing.
Work with tools, fixtures and machines to ensure correct and repeatable assembly.
Read and follow technical drawings, assembly instructions and electrical diagrams.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and production standards.
Provide constructive feedback on tooling and fixture improvements.
Support real-time line adjustments to improve flow and reduce downtime.
