• Defining exhaustive Train Acceptance Criteria
• Setting the expected vehicle configuration and quality level for handover milestones
• Complying with project’s T&C QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments, acting as Work Package Owner
• Ensuring EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) is fully considered in project T&C scope
• Driving continuous improvement within the T&C department
• Degree in Engineering, preferably in the electrical field
• Proven skills in T&C organization and creating effective engineering processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide, influence and convince within an international and diverse organization
• Familiarity with project management and technical expertise in relevant domains
• A certification in project management or related field
• Ability to perform critical analysis, testing, and delivery
• Leadership experience in managing complex projects
