- Setting the expected vehicle configuration and quality level for handover milestones
- Complying with project’s T&C QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments, acting as Work Package Owner
- Ensuring EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) is fully considered in project T&C scope
- Driving continuous improvement within the T&C department
- Degree in Engineering, preferably in the electrical field
- Proven skills in T&C organization and creating effective engineering processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide, influence and convince within an international and diverse organization
- Familiarity with project management and technical expertise in relevant domains
- A certification in project management or related field
- Ability to perform critical analysis, testing, and delivery
- Leadership experience in managing complex projects
