Base приглашает на должность менеджера проектов внедрения для крупных клиентов в области ERP/систем интеграции и SaaS. Ваша роль — курировать проекты на всех стадиях: от планирования и запуска до внедрения, сдачи и передачи в поддержку.

Вы будете взаимодействовать с командами разработки и сторонними провайдерами, координировать ресурсы и сроки. Требуется опыт 2–3 года, владение польским на уровне родного и английский не ниже B2.

Base is a comprehensive operating system for e-commerce that allows companies to manage all online sales processes in one place. From listing products and handling orders, through warehouse and shipping management, to repricing and expansion into foreign markets. It offers its own OMS, WMS, PIM, analytics and customer service modules, as well as over 1,700 integrations with marketplaces, online stores, carriers, fulfillment providers, and accounting and ERP systems.

Задачи

You will lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients: from kick-off, through production launch, to formal closure and handover to customer care. Together with implementation specialists, you will plan the project: scope, schedule, milestones, and resources. You will organize the work of the project team, including implementation specialists, developers, and third parties (ERP and WMS providers, logistics operators, marketplaces). Everyone will know what they need to do and by when. You will be the main point of contact for the client. You will lead kick-offs, status meetings, and steering committees, and keep the client's expectations within realistic limits. You will monitor progress, working time, and budget in ClickUp, and report status to the client and the team leader. You will co-create project management standards in the department: plan templates, checklists, reporting, and the change request handling process.

Требования

You have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager on IT implementations, preferably SaaS, ERP, e-commerce, or systems integration. You run several projects in parallel and manage priorities, resources, and budgets effectively. You understand technology well enough to discuss APIs, integrations, and data exchange with the team and the client, and to assess how technical dependencies affect the schedule. You are comfortable leading client meetings, including at board level. You can say "no" or "this requires a change in scope" and defend that decision. You take responsibility for the project's outcome, not just its coordination. You have native-level Polish and English at a minimum of B2, as we also run international projects (DE, UK, USA).
