Job description

• project planning, organizing, directing and control to a successful completion
• contact with Clients and/or their Representatives daily
• dealing with CLASS and FLAG Authorities, coordination and maintenance of relevant project documentation
• coordination and follow up on internal and external project activities sustain workflow and contact with departments involves in project
• coordination of purchasing processes and scheduling of materials
• coordination of suppliers and service companies
• motivating and managing the Project Team, demonstrating “visible leadership
• Costs control and follow-up on the budget

Our requirements:

• High degree – technical degree preferred
• Professional experience with project management in a production company – preferably a new-building shipyard
• Excellent command of English
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of the technical aspects of ship and yacht building
• Knowledge of CLASS and Authorities’ technical standards for yachts
• High level of organizational skills and self-confidence in making decisions
• Understanding of the value of proper stakeholder management, skills in balancing the interests of different parties and finding compromises
• solution-oriented, flexible, proactive and skilled in the art of communicating open-minded and respectfully at all levels
• High proficiency in negotiations
