Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to deliver local requests with the centralised operations teams.
• Tie together scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives across a variety of digital workstreams.
• Provide detailed breakdowns of complete and in‑flight work at a subsidiary level and manage the VOC process coming from broken SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, design, and technology, to ensure alignment & efficiencies in all workstreams across the CoE.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.
• Manage subsidiary communication to ensure appropriate plans and prioritisation are aligned between teams.
• Ensure all deliverables are being completed on time to meet the deadlines set by global, regional and local stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to mitigate risks and delays

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital platform operations or digital services environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of Kanban methods, SLA reporting, planning and project controls.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
• Excellent vergangenen usw. (kept original text)
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SAP Hybris would be a strong plus.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is essential.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
